Man , I Would Sit Here & Lie Because I'm So Frustrated. But That's Not The Case , It Was My First Time There & I Got Delayed Is All. I Have Not Ever Been Delayed In My Life But Overall The Customer Service Is Pretty Good. I Like The Gun Variety , Also How They Know The Facts About The Merchandise.
all we can do is a federal background check. by law we have to do what they tell us to do if its delayed , we dont have an option but to hold it for 3 business days or until they tell us otherwise. it hasnt been uncommon for people who have been delayed before, to get delayed for the 1st time .

Great service. Greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and didn’t have to wait to be helped. Everyone working in the store was apart of the whole pawn process which made it quick and easy. Loaned me a fair amount. If you need to pawn something and want quick and a fair loan for your item then go to super pawn.

I went in the store set on buying a ring and I did. After a whole lot of let me see this one and that and this one again. The poor employee's of superpawn were great, patient as could be with every change of my mind. Thank you so much. I love my two, new to me, rings.

HORRIBLE!!!!! I was at their other store on ne23 and was in the market for a chainsaw. Store 2 on 23rd didn’t have what I was looking for so I had them call this store and low and behold they had one I was interested in. I drove all the way across town to look at the two saws I was interested in and was interested enough I was goi g to purchase one of them. I asked the sales lady (who was extremely rude by the way) what kind of deal they could make me since I had driven all the way across town to look and purchase it she told me she could give me $5 dollars off!!! Are you serious? After you knew I was coming from your other store? Wow. So anyway that was a no go then I found something else totally unrelated to the saw I was interested in. I asked what kind of deal she could make me on that item and she told me she couldn’t come down at all not even a dollar. I’m sorry but I shop pawn shops to get bargains and wheel and deal no to be told by a rude customer service rep sorry the price is the price even though you drove 25 minutes FROM OUR OTHER STORE to shop here. I WILL NEVER go back to this store again. I would suggest anyone looking to buy anything to go to their store no2 on ne23 because Jimmy and Tanya are freaking awesome!!!!!!! And this rude lady I felt with shouldn’t even be working with people in my opinion!!!!!!!
this post is 100% false . i just looked on video and watched the whole thing where you were looking at our chain saw that was priced 329.99 and we had it on sale for 305.58 and when you asked for a cheaper price she offered it for 295.00 plus tax , which we normally do not come any lower on our already low sale priced items. this is a very nice saw for the money , the cheapest i found a new one exactly like this was 469.95 at northern tool . she tried to give you a good deal , but you were the one that was rude to her that is why she was unwilling to give a discount on a snap on tool for you. we are well known for our customer service at both stores and iam sorry you had a bad experience but when you offer 240.00 on a saw we have priced 329.95 you will be disappointed every time .

It is a great place to buy what you need. Except this last time i bought some ammo and I am extremely upset that I didn’t check to ensure all the rounds were there . It was supposed to be 50 rounds but there were only 25. I will continue to buy from there but i will now ensure that all bullets are there.
