They have a few decent things and some things that are pretty used in the store. Price is seemed okay. It was pretty dirty outside though. Lots of trash on the ground and in the bushes.

I’ve been coming to this specific super pawn for years. The only reason is because it is unmatched! This team always puts me in a good mood, even if they can’t give me the exact price I want, they explain why and give me the best they can do in a very professional manor. I am always laughing when I go there because the employees at this store are truly 2nd to none. They all have treated me with the most kindness and respect and really I’ve never been happier walking into a store in my life. The managers can truly be the light at the end of a tunnel where they have helped me out during the toughest times during this pandemic. I suggest you go here before anywhere else first to satisfy your need to buy something, pawn something or even lay something away. They have always worked with me as much as they can since day one years ago. Truly owe them a great deal of gratitude for the many years as professional brokers who know the business and know how to keep you smiling. BEYOND AWESOME!!!!

I called this particular Superpawn and guess what? All I wanted was to ask how much it would cost me to replace a watch battery. They have no one on duty (during normal business hours) to replace a simple watch battery except I think they said on the weekends or at certain hours. Really? I bet you that if I wanted to purchase an expensive watch like a Rolex, someone would come to their senses and give me great customer service! Pawn shops handle jewelry and watches all the time. There is no excuse to not have someone on duty at all times to replace simple watch-batteries.

I think it’s funny how some ignorant people like to go and rate on reviews of how stupid some workers are, or they gave you a higher price one day and the other a lower price. Maybe the idiots are yourselves. What people don’t realize is that pawnshops are not going to pay you a lot of money just cause you bring in a laptop. People don’t understand that pawnshops are in the PAWNING business. That means they aren’t buying your stuff. They are lending you money. Short term lending. Hello people you guys are ignorant. I came here for quick cash and pawned my laptop. The girls name I think was Sheniesha. She was kind and went over the loan term with me. Explained to me about how they also have payment plans if you’re interested in buying something there with 10% down. I use to work in the pawn business and it’s sad to see that ignorant people are usually the only ones that rate and review. This place is great.

this place is garbage. they tell you a price and change it the next day. Manager or supervisor with the poorly painted eyebrows is rude and tries to act like a "boss" but she is only one step above "would you like fries with that". Didnt receive an apology or anything. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE. go to EZ PAWN. better deals and waaaay better product protection warranty plans.

Ive been to a few of the superpawn and this one is the Best you go in tired and come out happy the workers are fabulous especially mandi and jerome and actually all of them I pawn my stuff and when I get it back they are still intact not missing things like when I put it in other superpawn shops love getting móvies from there great prices good deals on my pawns will always go there

Periodically I shop competitors in the gold buying business to make sure my stores are staying competitive. Decided to stop into Super Pawn on Marks Street. I showed her a pendant 2.8 grams 18k with a cubic zirconia in the center which I advised her at the start. She did the reg routine scratch test and than weighed it.. but what made me chuckle is the fact she continued to loupe the stone and than call over her unkepmt co worker or possibly supervisor to confirm stones authenticity.. which again I had to reiterate not a diamond. But this is what happens when your team relies on machines and have little to know real training on how to identify diamonds from simulants etc. Well the best part was the offer.. 2.8 grams of 18k minus 1/2 gram for stone=2.3 grams. They offered $60.. $60!! for 18k which is around $26 a gram.. thats an egregious price for 14k let alone 18k.. spot is 1840 for pure so we multiply X .75 which is the percentage of 18k and multiple that X .97 which is semi realistic refining pct but doubt its that low for a chain that big probably closer to .99 or better and than we multiply that X .8 which would be 80 percent of market a fair margin in this business and than divide that number by 31.1=$34.43 a gram and than multiply that number by the 2.3 grams = $79. Everyone in this business wants to make a living.. but paying 58% of value on an item is absurd. There are many better places who will pay you better margins than this place. I drove not even five minutes up the road to a different pawn company called EZ Pawn and the girl there took 5 minutes offered me $80. I gave her $20 tip and commended her on her skill and the fairness of her offer. This is a hard time for many people in Las Vegas but businesses that are supposed to be here to serve and help the community shouldnt be trying to capitalize on misfortunes. Im fortunate I didnt need the money and I write this review to hopefully help someone who is down on there luck go somewhere better.

In reality this is a no star review. I felt like they did not care at all. Their customer service is very poor and they take too much time to finish assisting a client. I have been to Super Pawns with much better professional employees. I definitely felt that this store is not one of them. It seemed like one of their employees completed ignored assisting us after we asked for his help and went about changing price tags before going to help another customer who did not even have to wait in line. Absolutely unprofessional. Another employee with a BROKEN HAND had to assist us. I feel very disappointed and will think twice before going to a Super Pawn again.

Jerks! Don't expect ANY HELP from this place. My very expensive mountain bike was stolen from my house and sold by an acquaintance and all I wanted was to call local pawn shops and ask if this bike had been brought in. I even gave them an exact day, it's not like I said "last month"...and the dude just kept saying no he couldn't tell me that because they get "so many bikes"... Yeah, I narrowed it down for you! Anyway, don't go to a business where they have no compassion and aren't concerned enough to go even slightly out of the way for you. Again, jerks.

Totally rude girl at the counter. I do alot of business with pawn shop and this short girl attitude ruins this place. Gave a really horrible quote on a Hoover Quest 700 robot vacuum which is bad for business but more so the attitude she carried made me not want to do business no matter what she said.
