SuperPawn S Decatur Blvd, Las Vegas

I’ve been a regular customer of this SuperPawn for over a year and without a doubt it has been nothing short of perfect. Times have been a little tough and the last thing you want to deal with when you’re not at your best are five or six scathing sets of eyes, judging you the moment you walk into its disgusting shop on Valley View. There is none of that at SuperPawn, quite the opposite. The customer service at SuperPawn is the best I’ve encountered in this cesspool of a city and their selection of items on sale is quite extensive and nicely priced. If you need a mini gridge, high end handbag and PS5 to go along with that dope Japanese kitchen knife, SuperPawn on Decatur is all over it. To Denton, Maria, Chris, Daniel, Christian, Robin and Marco, happy new year, here’s to seeing less of you in 2022 ;)

There is no protocol no 6 feet distance sign no divider i also had a man right in back of me i ask him to step back politely he refuse no manger on site for 10 min i ask for help no assume to know any covvirus rules one cashier had a huge pink eye on 11/23/20 at 620 pm and because i adjusted there is no protocol manger brain with no name tag sweater on shorts i was in shock that he would be a manger he look homeless no tie said he was blocking me screaming wow for a manger he should be retrained also employees? need training on protocol sincerely Jenny .

I think they are complete scam artist. I called ahead of time to see if they wanted the home surveillance system that I had. The lady told me hey come on down we'll work something out. When I got there the guy went online it said oh they sell for 40 bucks online. My question was who gives a f*** what they cause online if the person is in your store. They f****** scam artist

very clean the place the manager very attentive whenever we are going to buy gives us the best deals is one of the best super pawns in Las Vegas very good service and excellent discounts I recommend it 100%

BEST PAWN SHOP IN LAS VEGAS. Why? Fair prices when selling and buying items, Super friendly Staff, Very convenient hours, Quick service. I like to thank Nancy, Elizabeth, Zach and Vincent as these and all the other staff show me and my wife exceptional service every time I come to this location. After finding this pawnshop I stop shopping around and now I only shop and sell here!

Worst customer service ever , during the pandemic I wasn’t able to fly back to Vegas , they were well aware of that . So I had to continue to pay on my laptop (my friend went and paid faithfully) here comes June and they sell my laptop! Along With my brand new laptop bag! During the pandemic are you kidding me you??? No explanation nothing , and Denton or Danton whatever his name is, is very rude, called me ignorant! DO NOT SHOP AT THIS PAWN SHOP, GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE . THEY ARE THIEVES!!!!

Small but generally have some decent items for sale. Staff overall is helpful and loans amounts are generally fair and accommodating
