This is far the best pawn shop that I have done business with. I would drive from Norman to go here. Jimmy and staff treat people with respect,. There is a huge selection of everything. Nicest people that will actually help you . I will not go anywhere else.

Blonde old hag in Super Pawn attire had a pms episode over a simple question about hand guards for an AR. She proceeded to try and lecture us about laws surrounding rifles and hand guards which she had no true knowledge about. Started calling my brother and I little boys even though we are legally able to purchase guns and especially accessories for guns. She needs some work on customer service skills and maybe even a coarse or two to know what it's really about.

The manager is very business minded and helps a lot people when they're down on their luck when he can, I'm one of them he's always been there, as long as you respect him he will respect you, God has blessed me to know this man he's truly an angel, so come see them they're good people!

Searched a lot of reviews and found this place to have the best reviews in town by far. Tanya and Jimmy were very friendly, and we were pleased with their service. We will be definitely be back again! Thanks!

I have never had such a bad experience in a business, never. This was my husbands and my first time even noticing this place, so we stopped in to shop. We will never go back to this place.

When called they acted interested in what I was wanting to pawn go all the way up there the lady was rude told me what I had was cheap and was so rude I would not recommend this place to anyone lady is more worried about flirting then buying stuff

A great shop, clean, well organized, good merchandise, reasonable prices, and an exceptionally professional staff that is always friendly and ready to greet you with a smile or call you by name. whether you're looking to buy , sell or get a loan they will do They're best to make it happen . I went into Superpawn to buy a reciprocal saw. The staff there were VERY helpful and they had several models to choose from. The manager Jimmy showed me how to change out the blades and reminded me that they have a 3 day return or exchange policy. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for used power tools. Great service!

Tanya was extremely helpful and worked with me. The atmosphere was very friendly and entire staff made me feel welcome! More like a mom and pop store. Definitely would recommend especially if going into a pawn shop makes you uncomfortable. When I left Tanya even offered a jacket because it was cold outside. Genuine kindness!!

I entered the pawn and ask a young man behind the counter if he had any ladders, his reply was What!! with a rude tone fortunately he passed me off to a nice lady that told me where they were, next another male worker ask him to help me get one the young man told him he was busy. After the purchase was complete the male worker ask him to help me out the door which the young man ignored his first request, so on his second request I declined his assistance. Someone mentioned he quess the young man didn't have to do nothing since he is the boss son. I want do business at this pawn shop again. Ps thanks male worker and nice lady for your assistance.

Went in to see if they had the electric guitar I wanted...they had 3! All in my price range, and the amp is studio quality Peavy!!! Very pleased with my purchase and I'll definitely be back! Thanks you all, I really enjoyed my visit!

Excellent place to shop. I have been coming here from a few years and they are always SUPER helpful,willing to bargain, wheel and deal which is why I go to pawn shops. I have been to their other store off of 59th and it is horrible, the people are rude and they don’t want to deal, it’s almost like they dont care if they sell anything. Word of the wise STAY AWAY from Superpawn number 1 and go see Jimmy and Tanya at super pawn 2 on Ne23rd. They are excellent to deal, always pleasant and helpful and always have a great selection of whatever you are looking for!!!!!

Every time I go into superpawn #2 it's a friendly experience. Always upbeat energetic and more than willing to help you find what you are looking for. I will always go to superpawn #2 , the guys a gals are wonderful and I have recommended them to my friends and coworkers.

Got what I asked for. Had I not been in such dire straits, I should have let them tell me what they would give. I know I got low-balled, but that was all on me. If you are ever in need, and I'm sure pawn store owners don't want this out there, but Jimmy is a good guy with a heart of gold. Thank you Sir and SuperPawn Crew for being there for me. This pawn shop is friendly and respectable, they will help you out in your bad times, give you a courtesy loan when times are tough. I’ve had Several events where times where tough and they helped me out greatly! Family friendly people who care about their customers. Their business has a family friendly environment. Nice friendly people 100%! You’d be wrong to say this place isn’t full of helpful people!

Been coming here for years and every time I see the crew it is like one big family! Always great service and fair pawn rates- I highly recommend. Would definitely not take my business anywhere else so long as Jimmy and the crew are working.

I was in the market for an entry level guitar. I have some guns, but no guitars so thought I’d trade a gun for a guitar and some accessories. Jimmy did some research on the gun I was going to trade and it turned out to be a better deal for me to sell the gun on the open market and just buy the guitar. (His suggestion, not mine, thank you for the honesty!) The guitar I got was in “very good” to “excellent” condition and came with a case and accessories. When I got home I found the same make & model guitar used at Guitar Center online with no case and no accessories for the price I paid at Super Pawn #2. It was a very fair deal! The store is clean and uncluttered, but with a good selection of tools, jewelry, guns, bows, musical instruments, everything you’d expect to see in a pawn shop. All the staff was friendly to everyone that came in while I was there. Even the guy that was so obviously full of BS spinning tall tales was treated with respect. If you want a FAIR DEAL this is your place.

I cannot say enough great things about the people of Super Pawn #2. Jimmy and the two lovely ladies are amazing. I’ve always worked with Jimmy every time I went in and he’s very fair and trustworthy! He will roll up his sleeves and do his best for you. Good workers and treat their customers very well when they come in, and have a great rapport with repeat customers. This is the only pawn shop I’ve ever used and wouldn’t do business with any other. If your skeptical of pawn shops but really need to use one and are looking for a family oriented place that you can TRUST use Super Pawn #2. They are the best! 5 star pawn shop for sure!

This is one of the best if not the best pawn shops around, the crew that works here are very awesome and friendly, Jimmy will help you out any way he can! I have come to super pawn for a while and every time they've always been nice and happy to see me. They even get to learn to know your name right away And greet you when you come in. They give me the most money I usually get than anywhere else for my items. And it's fast checking out. other places I've gone I've had to wait for a while just to get somebody to decide to sonder over there to check out. You love these people at super pawn.
