Working with Superior Rate Mortgage, specifically with Andrew Smalley, was a wonderfully rewarding decision. My wife and I were looking for our first home in an obvious seller's market and we ran into some issues early on with a couple of different lenders who were either difficult to get a hold of or otherwise didn't mesh well with what our family was looking for. However, when Andrew was recommended to us and we began working with him, all of that changed! Andrew is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and responsive, even outside of business hours! Never once did he make us feel as though we were "just-another-client" or a means to a paycheck. He made it clear every step of the way that our family and our success in this process mattered personally to him and I cannot be more thankful that we had the opportunity to work with him! Working with him was an absolute pleasure and my wife and I will be happily recommending him to any and everyone who may need a loan! We know who we'll be calling if we need a loan (for our home or otherwise!) in the future!

I am a medically retired marine, I tried utilizing superior rate mortgage to try and buy my first home with my significant other after being sent home from active duty. We where referred to utilize the professional expertise of Max Deulofeu by a realtor because Max was the best of the realtor's loan officers that he has been using. With that being said Max has been very short on all of his answers, no details provided that we asked about, has yet to apologize for any mistakes he may have made through the short time we tried utilizing him. Currently ignoring emails, and is not providing the information or documentation from the hard credit pull he did on me. If the rest of superior rate mortgage is managed and ran in this manner I would suggest if you are reading this review to count your blessings and move on to another agency.

I had a wonderful experience with my refinance with Amy and her excellent team. She along with Corey and Jeff made the process seem so easy. From start to finish in three weeks time they were all so professional and knowledgeable in how to bring this loan process to completion. I highly recommend them.

Lindsay made the process of refinancing a breeze. She knocked off our PMI and lowered our mortgage by a few hundred dollars. She even knocked a year of the loan! Our new monthly payment and interest rate is way better than any other company could offer. Will only be using Superior Rate Mortgage in the future.

Superior Rate is average but Lindsey Vachon was awful. Bought a house through her 2 years ago and she was flakey. When I made the mistake of using her for refinance, it was a nightmare. She was horrible at getting back to me about questions and when she did, she was condescending. Only thing that saved the deal was the COO calling and making things right.

Amy and her team were a pleasure to work with! They made the mortgage process easy, and were able to move super quickly to close on our home in under 30 days.

What can I say about Nick, he is a fantastic loan officer! He closes 100% of all my loans and on time! I have refinanced my home before, but don't remember there being so many forms and requirements.
