Wow! What an amazing experience working with Superior Fence and Rail. This is my first time purchasing a fence and it was such an easy process from start to finish. From the office to the installation team it was a great experience. Arlette scheduled my appointment in the timeframe I needed and Liz was extremely helpful with all of my financial questions. Mike, Will, and Charles were so kind and extremely knowledgeable! They even stopped to answer some questions for my neighbor when she saw they were installing for us. We went with the red pine and it turned out so beautiful! I had some worries with the excessive amount of brush behind my fence line and they assured me they would get it taken care of and they sure did…they took it down with zero issues which really calmed my nerves because there was a ton of it. The work ethic was superior to say the least. I never saw them just standing around and that meant a lot because I have dogs and they knew that so they kept to the timeline and made sure the job was done when it was expected to be done as promised. (And they were super sweet to my dogs!) If you are in the market for a fence I would HIGHLY recommend Superior Fence and Rail!

Great quality and sturdy fence. I needed a sturdy gate and fence to keep my dogs in and hopefully black bears out. The technicians took away the old fencing and custom built a two door horizontal gate and fence. They used quality lumbar, screws, and self tamping screws (not a nail in sight). They also wet cut the driveway to lessen dust and distributed the dirt into the lovely holes my dogs dug. Cody, Alex, and Will did an amazing job and I will be recommending this company to anyone who needs fencing done.

What a great experience from the beginning. I reached out for a quote and was contacted the next day. Lewis came out that week and gave me a quote for what I wanted and was not pushy. Just gave the facts and was very patient answering my questions. The installation was wonderful. Johnny and Sam contacted me before appointment, we very nice, worked hard and fast. Fence looks awesome. I couldn't be happier. The craftsmanship is great. I would highly recommend.

Alex, Will and Ethan were GREAT. When they arrived they went through the entire job and installation with me. They keep the job sight clean. They completed in a timely fashion and Katelyn Mitchell-Clark was great about getting the scheduling done and even got it done early!

Think carefully before choosing this company! We chose this company because of the positive reviews. We ordered an aluminum fence in early November 2021. The seller promised to put a fence in March 2022. We agreed . When the 50% deposit was paid, the company notified that the deadline for installing the fence was not in March, but in April, 7. We agreed. At the end of March, we called the company to clarify the terms of installation. We were literally stunned by the fact that they ordered the material for our recent (!) order. The estimated installation date is May 20, but this is not an exact date. We asked to refund our deposit, after which they promised to call us back. Added that they will withhold 10% of the deposit amount. Very interesting why? Since then, the company no answering by email, no answering by phone calls. Silence! It's very strange for such a seemingly large and serious company. We are forced to go further. Almost $5k is not a small amount.

We talked with several fence companies in our initial enquiry. Superior Fence & Rail of Pensacola, we thought, was far superior to the rest. On time quote, quick updates, great sales support from Steve Mitchell and an amazing installation team. Mike Holloway and his crew came by yesterday and started as early as 8 am and completed the installation in a day! We have a huge backyard, and they worked through the day to get it done, in the heat and humidity too. Mike listened to us, and made sure that the installation met our expectations. The vinyl fence looks beautiful, with the privacy and spilt rail combination, and the pool pump fence has great street and across the pond aesthetics. We had to wait a little longer because of the pandemic, and in the end it was worth the wait. We would recommend the Superior team to anyone and would use them again for future needs. Best crew, best value, best price and quality product. THANK YOU, SUPERIOR team.

Alex and crew were very hard working professional team. They showed up on time, completed 365 feet of privacy fencing, cleaned up the site and walk me through the project in one day. The work conditions with a 100+ degree heat index would have slowed or stopped the average team did not faze Alex and crew. I would recommend Alex for all your fencing needs.

Got in contact with Superior Fence & Rail via Home Depot Installation Services. When I called January 27th to schedule, I made it very clear that the person who came to my home to do the quote would need to wear a mask for my safety (but also to be in compliance with current Alabama ordinances), and the girl assured me that he would, but she would also make a note of it. The man who arrived at my house, Chris Mason, did not have a mask on, and when I mentioned that I was told he would be wearing one, he said he did not have one, so I told him to wait and I would get him one, to which he replied "no thank you, I'll just keep my distance" I told him that was not acceptable, and I would like to cancel my appointment. He then huffed, rolled his eyes, and told me that he DID in fact have a mask in his truck that he could put on - in other words, he had just lied to my face, then expected me to still want to hire your company?? I did not want to risk hiring a company that has such little regard for safety and will stand there and lie to your face, so I have reached out to Home Depot to request another contractor.

Truly amazing ! Excellent pricing - beat 2 other competitors! The installers lead by Johnny were awesome. Very professional, on time and cleaned as they went. I could not be happier :)

Working with Michael, Katelynn and the rest of the team at superior fence and rail was incredible! There were several aspects of the project where they went above and beyond the competition. Their timeliness as unbelievable, they came out to take measurements and provide a quote immediately and even moved the job up by multiple weeks to get it done faster, at my request. Michael stayed in constant contact with me and dealt with everything, from a non responsive HOA to the utility companies etc. on the day of install I was out of town but michael and the install team FaceTimed me and answered all of my questions. Between the impeccable service, high quality materials, and quick/efficient installation, I was completely impressed and would highly recommend them.

I would like to mention Micheal Clarke, who is the sales representative. He was very professional, very informative, very helpful, very quick in responding and I could go on and on about him. For the persons who actually did the ground work, Johnny and Sam. Always on time, they did a phenomenal job. They did the job quick and professional. Even though it was raining they kept on doing the job to get it done. I pray GOD bless and keep them safe. I truly recommend these guys that I mentioned in this review.

Johnny & Will did amazing! They were both patient, efficient, super sweet, & knowledgeable! I would definitely hire them again. I was told my fence build would take two days but they knocked it out in one, which is amazing! Truly a blessing!

I had an excellent experience with this company. The install team (Alex Swan) arrived on time, completed all the work efficiently, and cleaned up before they left. The work is exceptional and I’d highly recommend Superior Fence & Rail.

Superior Fence and Rail installed a vinyl fence around our pool, but first removed an old wooden fence. There were a couple of minor problems either first installation so we noticed them. They came back a few days later and made everything perfect!! The new fence is beautiful !!

After the storm of Sandy my fence blew down and I called Superior Fence and Rail ! I had my fence installed back on or around Oct 22 2020 and at the time the crew did a great job. The1st crew came out and took down the OLD wooden fence and disposed of it in a timely manner. The 2nd crew came out the very NEXT day to install the vinyl fence and gate. In the front I had installed a 4 foot to rise to a 6 foot all the way around the back of home. The install was good at the time. Fast forward to May 2021. My gate came loose from the wall and other sections needed attention. I called , emailed the request to have some repairs. After a few hick ups, a April Moore called me and explained the back up and delays due to employee shortages etc. I understood and was put on the scheduled. June 25th 2021 .Boss man Daniel and workers Sam and Ivan were great . They were on top of the repairs as soon as they arrived. Very attentive and very courteous. Daniel took charge of the repairs and noticed issues that I didn't even see. He acted and repaired them. These guys work hard and long hours in the SUN the heat and from morning to night and overtime to do theses repairs and installs. Give them credit and a GOOD PAT ON THE BACK ! I look forward in working with the company and I really appreciate the service from making the appointments to the minor repairs.

All the employees I had contact with were very professional and helpful. While installing my fence, Jonathan Torres went above and beyond in the instillation. He knew of my disability and decided to install the fence latches on my two gates lower than normal so I could open each gate with less difficulty and I thank him for doing so…

Alex and crew did a fantastic job. Arrived on time, worked effectively, cleaned up nicely afterwards. French looks great, straight as an arrow, perfectly leveled. We’ll done!

We are very happy with our new white vinyl fence. We had a little bit of a unique installation where in some areas the bottom rail would be as high as 20" above the ground in order to follow the top of a block wall which establishes the height of the turf in our backyard. Superior Fence did a great job, using 12' posts in some areas where the bottom rail was being lifted, and it looks great. This is probably not the least expensive fence you could have installed, but it is truly a quality product. Everything from the heavier gauge vinyl, to the wider rails, to the white gate hardware looks and feels awesome.

I had to get a fence and quick. My puppy learned how to jump over my existing fence. Michael and his team were so amazing. They kept trying to work my fence in sooner then the original install date and they did. They got it done 3 weeks earlier and I could not thank them enough. The installers were so awesome. They hit a snag or two but had solutions ready for when they asked me about them. They did an amazing job and everyone who has seen the fence just loves it. Most of all my pups are happy now. They can actually play outside. You guys are amazing and I can't wait to get you back to do the last of my fence project. AGAIN THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Alex and Ethan installed a vinyl pool fence with several gates on our deck. They were very prompt and courteous. Upon completion, was very happy with the results. They were very professional and informative. Would recommend Superior Fence and Rail to family and friends.

Superior Fence does quality work and worth the wait as they are in demand. I elected the Shadow Box wood design. It looks beautiful and both sides look the same unlike the picket which has one good side facing out and your side is the rough side. Steve and the installation crew are easy to work with. The fence is installed about an inch above the ground to avoid water contact. The company followed up with a phone call to see if there were any issues to address. I elected a double gate which was fortified with an easy lock system, No slide. A previous company I once used put a slide locking system which was impossible to line up and if you have hand issues makes it difficult to slide. But Superior uses a standard easy close system. Superior offers a warranty.

They put up a fence. Estimate was wrong but work was done as asked. After problems with a neighbor and a request for an estimate. No reply. I would not use or recommend the use of this company, when you are ignored, they are not worth it.

Superior Fence provided an excellent experience! The guys that installed worked hard and got our fence installed quickly. They did a fantastic job and we're really happy with how everything came out. Would most definitely recommend them!
