I'm bad with names, I believe her name was Lisa but she was very polite , professional, helpful and caring. Although I only went in for one thing while we were going over that she saw a possibility of lowering my interest rate on something else,so we researched that possibility as well.even though the second account didn't work out I greatly appreciated her catching it and making me aware of it.
