Horrible communication and sold my mom a car with lots of issues, never responded to her calls or emails even though she has bought from there before and has history with them. It’s annoying and unprofessional to ignore your customer until she threatens to give the car back. Then they still expect payment??? Hasn’t even had the car for a week this company is a joke.

I have had nothing but problems with this place. I call to have my car looked at and get it fixed but I do not get a call back. They are trying to run out my warranty so that all the repairs have to come out of pocket. Instead of being good people and doing the right thing. If I could post this with no stars I would but you have to give it at least a star to post.

My husband passed away on Tuesday from a heart attack, and I get it some people will lie to get out of payments or whatever but i was trying to send the proper paper work He was in Texas at time of his death we live in Rockford. I asked for a lil lee way (payment due on Friday) so i could get to Texas to bury my husband and when i return on Monday I had to use my sons car because the car i bought from them isnt able to make this type of trip, I left the car for her to use they turned it off so now shes stuck w/out a car while were in Texas he said thats a problem?? Why its fully covered?? But Rudy was very unsupported his exact words were if his wife died hed have the money to pay the car payment.. wow!! Just dont want the car or the business anymore they can come get it and ill just file bankruptcy on it.. id rather walk then deal with this company ever again..

I'm giving 5 stars for the mechanic, Mike. Mike got my vehicle in quickly and made sure that he personally went over everything to be sure that it's fixed properly. The previous mechanic that was there didn't listen to anything I had told him about the issues and treated me rudely. Not to mention, that guy didn't even fix anything I had asked about. Mike, on the other hand listened, and was very kind to me. He didn't roll his eyes at me when I asked questions. Instead, he treated me like a human being and that alone goes a LONG way. Especially with customer service. Thank you Mike for being amazing!
