My family and I relocated to the area about a year and a half ago. We rented a home for the first year to get an idea of the lay of the land, with the intention of purchasing a home at the end of our one year lease. We were approaching the end of our lease and finally found the home we loved, but with only a little over a month to spare before our lease was up. Our realtor recommended Sunshine Home Loans. Karen was in constant contact with us throughout the application process and kept our nerves at ease by reassuring us we would make the 30 day closing deadline. She helped us close in a timely manner and we are forever grateful for her professionalism. Once approved for the loan, Wendy took us under her wing through the rest of the closing process. She too was top notch! She not only got us closed, but followed up with us 30 days later to make sure we didn't forget the little things like address changes, new driver's licenses, and most importantly.....the HOMESTEAD EXEMPTION!
