Great people will help you in any situation if they can

The staff is friendly and they try and help people to the best of their ability. People may tend to think that they are rude when they are a loan company that you HAVE to pay back. They don't give away money for free. As long as you communicate with them they are truly wonderful godsent people.

An employer I had been working for wouldn't pay me. It left me in a financial mess that it will take months to overcome. In the meantime I am forced to eat out of dumpsters and live in a storage shed due to a house fire rendering me homeless a year ago. A Sunset employee laughed at me and mocked me when I mentioned the fire. Hopefully if she loses everything she owns and is homeless she wont encounter anyone who has the same disregard for others. If she's working on commission based on hate she's definitely a top producer for Sinset.

BEWARE !!!! The WORST Company to deal with..They are not borderline Harrassers but full bread!!!! They call you every single day at crack of dawn interrupting the sleep you coukd have had. Exhausting people. And rude!!!!!! Calls everyone in your family.. They even came to my house.What loan company does that??? Thank the Lord my Loan is PAID..Good Ridence. 😌😳😳😘

Great service and friendly people nothing but good to say about Tom and the girls. I would recommend them to anyone been using them for a year and won't go back to anyone else except sunset.

Tom is extremely rude and rude to his employees i wouldn't recommend this place to anyone wanted to ask me multiple time about another family member loan which wasn't any of my business i had staff in my leg andi could barely walk and he still made me come pay im just glad i payed it off and he even threatened me on voicemail a lot of time they should be shut down

The staff here is amazing. Tom has always worked with me and done whatever he could to help me. I see the bad reviews and I’m thinking these people must not have made their payments otherwise there wouldn’t be a problem. I would recommend anyone go here.

I've only received help from the people at Sunset. They helped me and my husband when no one else would /did they've done so much more than treat us like customers they treat us like family.

They are awesome.. Always been there for me when I’ve needed them... Tom and his crew have always worked with me....
