I called today to ask about their residential mortgage offers and was told they weren't interested and they hung up on me. I don't know if they don't do residential or if they think I'm some sort of cold caller, but either way, the receptionist was blatantly rude and I do not appreciate the way I was spoken to when searching for a mortgage.

Worst place I’ve ever done business they are unprofessional; drag there feet and have no communication skills whatsoever. Sometimes hours or days getting a response from them. Will not recommend them to anyone.
