Sunflower Bank 1st Ave, Dodge City

So I can understand the lobby having to be closed because of illness. What I don’t understand is four or five people walking around inside the bank in the close lobby. If you’re gonna not open your lobby at 8 o’clock, normal business hours you should at least open your drive-through at 8 o’clock to accommodate the people usually come at 8 o’clock. Ridiculous. Once I can get back in the lobby I will be closing my account

Definitely the worst bank in town lack of staff makes the waits to do transactions over an hour long at times will be closing account here and moving to another bank would advise others to do so as well.

Went to exchange coins and they refused to give me a receipt with the coin count amount.

I love this bank. It's the only one in our community that opens early enough and closes late enough for me to be able to stop by before or after work during the week. Service is a little slow as it seems things are a little dated still, but the hours totally make up for it.

I would give then 0 stars but it doesn't give that option. Been in line for 15 minutes now and thank God it's not Monday or it would be worse!!

I am extremely saddened at how poorly ran this branch has become. Im sure it is a matter of time till it closes completely in Dodge City. The lobby is never open, the lines are outrages, the window tellers are extremely slow, many times fund's are either not put in the right account or in someone else's completely. By the looks of reviews and speaking to other customers, I'm not the only one. I really wish the Main Branch from Salina would look further into this.

Have been a costumer for many years. Very disappointed lately, extremely long lines in drive through, lobby usually closed. Don’t know what’s going on but definitely need to fix these issues. Will need to be changing banks because of this.

I would give this place less than 1 star if possible. Do yourself a favor, never establish any type of business with this joke of a financial institution. Much better banking products elsewhere, and other banks actually care about their customers.
