My experience with Rose Chavez, at the suncoast Credit Union on Matthew Dr, was completely amazing! Rose was extremely polite and professional. She handle my situation very calmly. Rose took her time to understand and listen to me. She made me feel every confident that I was in good hands. If anyone wants someone to take care of them I would suggest to ask for Rose Chavez, she is an excellent worker.

I went in for something i wasn’t sure about, Rose Chavez helped me and got me everything i needed quickly and so friendly! I go to this branch (branch 16) since it’s closest to my home but the people really make it better, glad people like her are part of y’all’s team

Good customer service. Though, their policies concerning deposits is whack, and placing 9 business day holds on working people's checks is unacceptable when funds are transferred between banks instantly. They get to play with their clients money while providing low APR holding funds. This is why people unbank and resort to crypto. Get with the 2020s already, remove the outdated policies, provide better APR, or expect to lose business as crypto becomes more prevalent and your service only becomes a pass through!
