Terrible branch. Hasn't been the same in ten years. If you can't do your banking online, don't bother. Been there 3x in 3 yrs, all a waste of time. Probably the same for every bank now a days. You have been warned. Oh yeah, only have been a member for 35 years....lol....And, check out their standard reply below just as ALL the other bad reviews. What a joke. Edit 2x. Message center on sunset app is pointless. Over a day to respond, most times it is a stock response, meaning no one is actually looking to answer or resolve the issue just put something in a reply so it is "replied" to.

Lithia and Miller road branch is very smooth organized and always a pleasant experience. I got in got called quick and was helped by Taylor who was super friendly and personable. Solved my issue in a timely manner and I was on my way. Def recommend them!

I love this bank. Everyone is so friendly and goes overboard to help you. Today Benjamin Samper helped me figure out some things with my business account. He was so helpful and kind, as well as efficient.

We've banked with SCU for 30 plus years. Stellar service, people oriented money servicing establishment. SCU should expand into other states, notably; Alaska!

Suncoast is by far ridiculously horrible when it come to unauthorized charges on your account. The Agents and Supervisors struggle with effective listening. You as my financial institution suppose to have my back and I’m telling you I’ve called the merchant several times yet you’re advising me to call them back again when Im out of over $200 and have provided sufficient documentation validating my dispute claim. This bank is real joke. I will definitely spread the word to NOT trust them with your money.

customer service at this location is phenomenal. staff is very courteous and respectful of your privacy. The receptionist was friendly as well and got me in the queue and within 10 minutes I was able to see an advisor who went above and beyond to serve me and help me out the best he could.. Benji was great; he helped me get the temporary checks I needed to pay my rent in a timely manner and also gave me information about helpful programs that the credit union offers. thank you so much suncoast Valrico!!

Very unorganized, I sat there for over an hour after logging in with a live person and no one ever came to discuss the issues with my account. I did notice them taking walk-ins who never signed in. I am aware that Mondays are busy but if they know that then staffing should be present to accommodate a higher traffic day. Was my issue resolved (not at all) I left. I tried calling twice only to get a response from the representative to go into the branch. What a disorganized bank.

Benjie is awesome on all levels ! He took care of a ton of fraud on my card and was so patient, professional and reassuring in solving all of the issues.
