Suncoast Credit Union State Rd, Lakewood Ranch

Started banking with them a few months ago, Have went in 3 times now to see them, Every time not enough people working waiting for 30 mins got nowhere. Had to leave each time to get back to work. The amount of money banks make off our money you’d think they’d hire enough people to take care of their customers, Terrible customers service.

OPENED A NEW ACCOUNT AT THIS LOCATION WITH K. MIMBS AND WAS VERY PLEASED WITH HOW EASY AND SMOOTH IT WENT. ALSO FOUND OUT CAR LOANS ARE 2 % LOWER THAN WHAT OUR BANK DOWN THE ROAD OFFERED US WHICH WAS A SUBSTANTIAL SAVINGS OVER THE TERM LENGTH OF THE LOAN.

I would give a negative 5 star if I could. I have never been so disappointed in Suncoast Credit Union as I am right now. Could not tell you what the lazy ladies name was but after sitting and waiting over an hour she said she could not help us which was a total lie. All she had to do was change a few things on the already started loan and that was it. I’ve been with this bank for over 15 years and I have bought cars with them and had personal loans thru them and I have credit cards from them but I have never been treated with such disrespect ever as I was today.

I've been a Suncoast Credit Union member for over 2 years now and use the SR 70 branch near Lakewood Ranch. I've been thrilled with this credit union. They have a great money market savings account and excellent mortgage options. If you work in public service, see if you qualify for the "Community Heroes" mortgage - fantastic rate and no PMI! The staff at this branch have been very helpful. When needing to see an associate for something important like a mortgage or wire transfer there is usually a little wait (maybe 15 to 20 minutes). That's understandable. Otherwise, the tellers are prompt with usually at least 2 stations open inside and at least one person tending to the drive-through. Note that the place does get busy on the usual days (e.g. Friday and lunch), so try to go outside of these. Otherwise, no complaints and only praise. I look forward to continuing to be a member here.

I always come to this bank first because the rate is good but this branch in Lakewood ranch has a big problem with customer care. They have four people in the offices for loans and only one of the people are help any one, this is why they lose business is because they can not manage there time well. I am leaving again with a possible loan that I will bring to another bank.

I have been using this bank since I was 16 my first ever bank. It is nothing but problems, Constant issues with linking to other services. Constant PIN errors on my debit cards at the worst times. Online Theft of my card when i never use my debit online. Taking weeks to respond to messages and refund stolen money. The lsit goes on this is the most undependable bank ever id rather use CASHAPP over this trash bank. The customer service is non existent you only talk to robots and have to jump through a thousand hoops to even get to a real representative who will just redirect you to another call line and run you through more loops. Never use suncoast unless you like waiting 21 days for your own money and being told when you can and cant spend it.

I got an account here with the intention of taking advantage of there $1000 loan. It's able to be paid back with just $50 a month. All you need is an account for 90 days and direct deposit. Shari and Barb were very patient with me and helped walk me through the whole process.

Scam. Created an account here and added a substantial amount of money. Account was closed and all of mu money no where to be found. Will be in contact with the SEC and FBI. Do not bank with this company. They are corrupt.

This bank is very unorganized and disfunctional. I've had to spend several hours in this bank on several occasions for a simple cashiers check. They are incapable of performing their jobs properly and I am cutting my ties to this bank permanently.

You deserve negative stars........Set up an appointment today with Kevin Barro, came in early with my aunt...no show by Kevin, no contact by him to say he was running late, no interest in helping my aunt at all!!! STAY AWAY from here. Take your money elsewhere....we did!!!
