This is the best banking experience I've ever received. The people there are nice, respectful, courteous and professional. Mrs. Kim, Mrs. Hundley and Mrs. Jerri always get the job done for my wife and I in no time. They have helped me(Derrick Taylor)get my credit back on track. When I first join in 2018, my credit was 548. Now it is over 700. I appreciate these ladies so much. "Go" Sunbelt Federal Credit Union Team (Waynesboro MS).

I've been using this credit union and branch for several years now. Gerri Lynn Smith is always helpful with anything we need. Mrs. Smith keeps us updated on promotions the credit union has going on and things to help us improve our finances.

Best bank ever Mrs. Kim Purvis is the absolute branch manager in Waynesboro. When I say I never had any problems Mrs. Kim handles everything for me. When I'm out on the road working one email and she takes care my problem. I love her and the bank so much 5yr customer and counting

Told me that my account was going to be deactivated after moving because I was told that if you move to a place that doesn't have this bank then you can't use it. Literally over a year later, they're going to tell me that my account is in the negatives and that every day that I didn't pay would be a $2 charge to my account that was suppose to deactivated. So now I owe the bank $350 that they won't work with me and tell me how my account was charged! I spoke with someone on the phone for an hour one day that was ugly, rude, disrespectful. Then I was on the phone with another person for 30 minutes accusing me of something I didn't do! Then with the $350 they told me that my credit would be shot because I didn't pay. Whatever you do NOT get any kind of account with Central Sunbelt!

The ladies at the Waynesboro Branch are awesome. They’re always helpful when I need them. Very sweet and friendly ladies.

I give this bank a 3 because their app. I always been having problem with it having technical problem. Now the app has been updated, and it's down too.. I don't understand so now I gotta call the sunbelt to check my balance because it won't let me check my account on the website.

I love working with Janecia Hundley at the Waynesboro Branch. She always take care of my needs.
