Sun Federal Credit Union Holland Rd, Maumee

I've been looking for a financial institution that can meet my unique needs (I have multiple checking accounts and a business, and rental properties) for a long time, and until I found Sun I didn't think I'd find a single place to handle it all. Every time I call or email I get a quick response, and the people there always make me feel like I'm part of the family, and never a burden (Mike Hunter). The branch manager even called ME one day to tell me they noticed my auto pay was turned off and didn't want me to be late on my payment (Kenny). Talk about personalized service! I don't typically write reviews, but this place is worth it. Thank you for everything, Sun Federal!

They don’t stay true to there word. My friend worked all week with them for a specific loan amount and the day we pick the check up they change the loan amount over a thousand dollars less and completely screw a week long deal for a car that’s 3 and half hours away.

Always a great experience from cashing a check to applying for a loan. Member since 1996. I think the new bank on Reynolds Rd is state of the art. I went in and realized at the time they do not have a teller at a desk. . They have a couple of TV monitors that you approach and tap on in order for a live teller to come up on the screen. It was a fast and easy way to bank.

I've been with sfcu for almost three years and never had a problem and they really look out for what's best for it. They have very good rates and the staff is nice and friendly.

I have been lied to so many times by Sun its ridiculous I would not recommend this credit union I was w/AP CU & loved the service & how honest they were before Sun took over I would not recommend this CU

If I wanted to use an ATM I'd go through the drive through. There are NO live tellers at this location. Time to switch banks. Not open on Saturday and 3-day hold on check deposits are a couple more BIG reasons

Have been a member for many years. They truly believe and do their best to live their mission statement every day. The members are the priority. They have provided far better service and helped us far more than any bank I have ever done service with. Far better customer service than most financial organizations

People helping People says it all, a non-profit cooperative that is mission driven to doing what they can to help every member however possible. I have had a fantastic experience as a member since 1976.

I would recommend researching elsewhere, there are numerous surrounding credit unions with much better services offered.
