Sun East Federal Credit Union Concord Pike, Wilmington

I have not had nothing but great experiences with Sun East. In fact today I had an issue with my account. But was afraid after being on hold so long that we may get disconnected. Then I would have to start the process over again. The customer service representative ensure me that she would call me, if we became disconnected. I thought that was really professional.

My family's been a member of Sun East for generations. It's sad to see what it is today. The Wilmington branch is the only one that is close to me now but it is impossible to get through the doors ever and the ATM never works. At this point I sadly need to change Banks. I don't understand what the point of this location is if you can't get in and the ATM doesn't work.

The people working in the Wilmington office could not nicer and more professional. Will use this office for all my credit union needs

I like the convenience this branch offers. Their staff is friendly and helpful.

Please if you are using this credit union as it is part of the shared branch agreement please know that your call may never be answered as they have the worst call center Ive ever encountered. I commute to Delaware for work and needed a credit union to do a transaction while I wait to go get my new card as it was compromised. SO I call from my work phone & then from my cellphone 4 times altogether and with a total waiting time of 25 minutes. Freedom Credit Union has a much better call center than sun east. I left 2 very clear voicemails expressing my immense disappointment as I now have to wait another 24 hours to make the transaction. All they had to do was their job being to answer the phone. There is no reason for me to make another attempt to do business there I will stay going to Del1 credit union when I am in Delaware for work.

They must hire the cheapest cleaning people to clean their office because they are lazy they throw their trash out into the trash can on the sidewalk that is supposed to be used for customers walking by it has been reported many times and it still goes on no wonder people complain about this place

They charge $10 to cash a chk, for non- members, I’d never bank w/ this Bank w/ this policy.. & I will not take Checks from this bank!
