Sun East Federal Credit Union Baltimore Pike, Nottingham

I have never had any business with this credit union so imagine my surprise when I found out they had a lien on my vehicle when I went to trade it in. I called in and was informed that this was erroneous, but upon asking for a letter of no interest from the bank I've been given the run around for two days. I'm honestly at my wits end and contemplating taking legal action against them.

We were glad to be able to refinance, but the credit union held his 3rd payment for over a month (I sent it on time), which caused it to show late and effected his credit. The following month, thinking the check was lost, I issued a check in place of lost one and the new monthly payment. All of them posted at same time. We really can’t afford to make 3 car payment at one time!!! I feel this is a deceptive business practice, and right after we refinance with them. I just wanted all to know what to expect if you finance your car through Sun East FCU. Oh, they charged a late fee as well!!!!

Like the bank but NOT LOBBY HOURS. Normal people do not work those hours. Normal people work 8 to 5 or 9 to 5. I do not like to use drive thru.

I love Sun East Federal credit Union, all the people that work there are super super nice and very professional!

The nicest people work here. They are always so friendly and helpful at this branch. Lots of parking, just off of Rt. 1 bypass in Nottingham, PA.

I started dealing with suneast because they were local they also refinanced my vehicle they participate in the state electronic title program in my case they decided to hold my title.now 5 months after paying it off I still have no title their response was it was mailed out in December after contacting Harrisburg I was told there was still a lein on my vehicle and sun east expects me to file for a lost title and pay the 58 dollar fee because of their incompetence poorly ran business would not recommend using them for vehicle financing

I’ve been banking with Sun East for a few years, throughout that time I’ve seen the turnover in employees. Unfortunately, that has caused a lot of issues with new bee’s not being fully trained. Which i understand isn’t their fault. I have also seen the way some of the girls were treated by their own co-workers. Which to be honest is one of my biggest pet peeves. Treat your employees right and they will take care of your business. Sun East do better! You guys are going to take a toll in the wrong direction due to the lack of respect you give your employees.

Kyle has been extremely informative about opening a max yield market account! Will be back!

We have been with Sun East for over 30 years. All of our banking needs with great customer service. Could not ask for more.
