Sun Credit & Tax S James Campbell Blvd, Columbia

I posted a review earlier (A Month or Two) ago explaining the illegal activities of this company. I explained how they relentlessly will call you; even before your due date, immediately after your due date, your work, friends, etc. worse than a skip trace. After due date; I’m talking less than 24 hours… not to even get started on calling you at work. I made my last review specifically so there was additional record of them breaking the law by doing so. Sun Credit has been specifically requested not to call work and like I stated in the last review, I’d just wait until they did it again. I stated it was going to happen. They think they are above the law and have no self control, or respect for anyone or anything, with the exception of harassment for the dollar. Now we can see where this lands in court. Just a shame people can’t just treat people the way they would want to be treated. I even said, (they just don’t learn) SAD

They think they can run your credit whenever they feel like it. I’m still trying to mitigate fraud I had encountered. It cost me tens of thousands of dollars. Just because I haven’t got it cleared up yet and subsequently fell behind on my payment, that does not give them the right to break the law. Watch out... check back for updates. I’ll let everyone know how court proceedings go if they are dumb enough to let it go that far. Companies underestimate follow through on people. Wrong time, wrong person to go that to.

Wow! If the mafia had a collection branch in Columbia, TN, it would certainly let Sun Credit run it! One day late and they call, call and call. They even us skip trace techniques to call friends and relatives out of the blue for 7 days late....they must deal with a lot of scumbags: they are certainly not understanding or helpful. Sent a check to pay off a loan and they said they DON'T TAKE CHECKS.....wonder if they send someone to break your kneecaps if you're 30 days late. Predatory lending institution!

Very rude. If you don't make your payment the day you say even if something comes up they get smart and then spam call your other references with the same attitude. I can't wait to be done with this place I know as soon as I Am, I won't be going back.

Angela is one of the most amazing people to talk to. So is Christy. I love this place and as long as you communicate then they will work with you but if there is a lack of communication to them then that's on the customer. This business is amazing.

Do not get a loan from these people. They are extremely rude and will not work with you. They were calling my phone for my boyfriend so I called them back to let them know it would be a few weeks before we could make the payment due to Christmas. The lady I spoke with Tammy was extremely rude. She talked over me and basically told me she didn't care that if he didn't come in and talk to them they couldn't hold the account. It is not even 7 days past due yet. This place is a joke. Once we pay them off we will never, ever deal with them again.

I love these ladies in columbia tn. They are helpful, nice, and always smiling. Also my fiance has done buisness with the dickson branch, also great experience. Definitely recommend.

New staff and are very awesome. Kind and very nice. Will do business with them for a long time coming.
