I'm sure this place can be good for some people but for my experience, I was dealing with people that seemed like they didn't know what they were doing. I was given an opportunity to find a vehicle and the staff acted like I didn't know which vehicle to pick out when I did and due to circumstances it wasn't my fault that some vehicles did not work out so I was rushed and finally picked the vehicle that broke down before the first payment. Not giving them the satisfaction of paying my first payment and why would I? Why would anyone? especially when I had children in the vehicle and smoke coming through the vehicle. I let the staff know and it was very apparent they rather have money over children's safety. So I knew they were coming for the vehicle and it was pretty pathetic because I was at work and I was watching them and they couldn't even get to it and I was laughing. So that day at home I parked it in my driveway so they can come get it. Keep in mind this vehicle malfunctioned two times now before the first payment. So long story short, it was all about money for Sun City Finance rather than take care of people with compassion when they knew full well and completely that the car broke down twice before the first payment. And now they have a $2,000 balance on my account and it's on my credit. And I will be taking them to court.

So far I haven't had any problems with sun city But all thier staff is very professional and kind and they help me out never had issues so far thank you sun city .

Amazing experience every time we deal with this company. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, they greet you as soon as you walk through the door. I definitely recommend using Sun City Finance for any needs for a loan.

Bad loan policies are very unfriendly and financially unsafe for private auto sales. Most banks/financial institutions will disburse payment for a financed auto loan in exchange for a title. Sun City Finance expects private seller to give up all rights to the vehicle--not just sign title but also have it processed through MVD and a new one delivered (a lengthy process)--without a guarantee of sale. They want me to give up my vehicle for weeks (or more), sign away title, then *maybe* get paid after all that process. I have bought and sold between 15 and 20 vehicles in 5 states. I have NEVER seen such a policy, so don't believe them if they say it happens all the time and is normal. For private auto sale, I recommend use a difference finance company.

I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. I had paid $10,000 over 3 years with not a payment missed...I fell on a rough times and I missed 2 payment made arrangements with them 2 catch up but they repo'ed my stuff the day before arrangements were due...answering comment...the account is in my boyfriend name

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ! THEY LOST MY CHECK!!!I DEPOSITED 2 CHECKS IN ONE ENVELOPE FOR MY PAYMENTS IN THEIR NIGHT DROP BOX- 2 SEPARATE ACCOUNTS - AND THEY LOST ONE ! THEY THEN CALLED AND TOLD ME MY PAYMENT WAS LATE - I TOLD THEM I DROPPED OFF THE PAYMENTS TOGETHER IN THE SAME ENVELOPE - ONLY ONE HAD BEEN CASHED - THEY SAID THEY DON'T HAVE THE CHECK - CHARGED ME A LATE FEE - WILL NOT PAY FOR THE STOP PAYMENT FEE I WILL NOW HAVE TO PAY TO MY BANK BECAUSE THEY LOST MY CHECK - THEY HAVE NO OPTIONS TO PAY ONLINE - OR OVER THE PHONE- THE ONLY OPTION IS TO GO IN IN PERSON OR DROP IT IN THE NIGHT BOX - I WORK DURING THEIR BUSINESS HOURS, SO I GUESS I HAVE TO DROP IT OFF AND HOPE THEY DON'T SCREW UP AND LOSE MY CHECK AGAIN - I PLAN ON PAYING OFF MY LOAN AND NEVER DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM EVER AGAIN- I WILL DEFINITELY BE LETTING EVERYONE I KNOW TO STAY AWAY !
