Idk why everyone hates on them I had no problem walking in there and selling my rifle for a respectable price. I also enjoyed interacting with the staff.

Don't walk into this place. I stopped by to look and see if they had any drivers from the 1940s and instead of any customer service I was told this isn't a golf shop and threatened with a call to the police if I didn't leave after making an offer. Don't waste your time with these guys since they aren't concerned with taking the time or willing to put in any effort to assist customers.

My husband bought me a ring from there about two weeks ago. He was told that it was ten carat gold. However, the ring has started changing color looking more like copper. We went there on today to inquire about it and was told that they don't do refunds or trades and that the changing of color could come from oil in the skin, perfume or lotion. Really???

Good place to shop. Friendly staff. Always fair and will go out of their way to help people.

Terrible people this place is so unprofessional that’s it’s sad. Don’t have any firearms ship here because you might not get them. Most of the employees seem like they are on something when they talk to you and by the look of their eyes. This was a good place to purchase firearms from years ago when the old workers where there. Now if you go in you will see probably 3 to 4 guns for sale and there is a reason for that, they are steadily losing business by the day.

I went in, waited a bit when people were In the back and then was told they weren't buying coins.

Amazing customer service, went in for a cable for an electric guitar and they helped me pick out the best one for me (cheapest, I am just starting out and don't want to go broke if it turns out the guitar is not my thing) and even tested it for me to make sure that it worked properly. Very friendly staff with a great selection.

Service was horrible. Will not buy ANYTHING from you unless it has small value. Not friendly and prices for sale back is not reasonable. Will not ever go again. No one will service you unless you walk to their face and say may you please help me. Customer service is bad. People who works their do not know what to pawn or buy. Then will lie and say they do not pawn or buy the item when they do. I give thumbs down.

First time ever dealing with a pawn shop and they all lady and young man was very nice helpful if I had to do it again I would come back
