Kevin KAPPLER and his team are amazing people to work with. We worked with Kevin and summit 10 years ago when we bought our first home. And then just dealt with them this last week in buying another home. Kevin is polite and kind and very professional. He knows what he’s talking about. Kevin Kappler is an amazingly gifted lender who will get your loan to closing on time. I closed more than a week early with his help and guidance and with a whole lot less stress than the banks give you. Actually there is no stress with Kevin, he just plain gets the job done right and fast! I would tell everyone to use him for lending needs.

Can I give zero stars? Awful company and not willing to work with anything that isn't easy for them. We followed up with Kevin Kappler for nearly a month with no response whatsoever finally to tell us they cant help us. After asking for a reason or if we should supply more info he said, its because of new guidelines. That is fine with me but at least give me two sentences worth of an explanation - Lousy excuse for lending company! Go to Honesdale National Bank instead where they will actually work with your situation and be creative and followup!

Jackie Gardner was very knowledgeable and was always available when I needed her. She guided me through the mortgage process and advised on the best financing options for my personal needs. Being a first home buyer, having someone like Jackie to answer all of my questions and help me make the right choices was wonderful. Biggest deal here is I closed on the original projected date. It’s also underestimated how being able to get a hold of loan officers on the phone are. These guys answer their phone! Outstanding service. Great communication.
