The service was great as always! This was my second year using Summit Horizon for my taxes. They were prompt and quick with getting my taxes filed. Customer service was great as well. I will definitely be using them again and would definitely refer my family and friends to them as well!

Zero stars. They lied telling me I qualified for loan forgiveness and that I would pay 9 payments of 150, then 7 dlls after that for a few years. Lied, all they did was consolidate my loan. They actually had access to my fedloan account so be careful, seems legit but it’s not. I called fedloan and even they said they misrepresented themselves.

This company has been so easy to work with and the Customer Service is exceptional. There is always someone willing to help via email or a phone call away. There are so many options to help you out when you are low on your cash flow and need help with the payments-- this place has endless glory! I am so thankful! And a very thanks to John

***Warning if you are a person who judges by reviews. The positive reviews are from thier friends.*** I feel that I was scammed by this company during the pandemic. I referred to this company by a friend who's opinion i value. Morris Lobe initially started off handling my credit repair. Then he vanished. I was being given the run around because of the pandemic which I could fully understand. Offices were closed mail was slow, things weren't moving the normal way we were accustomed to. But when I am calling you and texting you and receive no communication back shows a total lack of professionalism. Then when I finally do reach someone else in the office after months of trying, she informs me that my account has been closed. I was never informed of closure I never received any documentation of credit repair preformed. I would not waste my time if I were you on such a company that preforms so poorly.

Summit Horizon is a very good company in terms of providing services for Federal Education Loan. The Advisors are well qualified and have proper knowledge of providing suitable repayment programs and loan forgiveness . My file was submitted and got approved within 65 working days . Highly recommend Horizon Services.
