Summit funding is a great mortgage company. They helped us secure our home even with all the complications we encountered in the process. Phi and his team made it happen. We were so happy with the service that we went back to them for a refi which we just completed. Phi and his team made it as easy and efficient as possible. There will be instances where things are not pretty straightforward in trying to secure a loan. It helps to work with people in this industry who listen, understand the situation and provide solutions that work.

We bought our first home with the assistance of Summit funding, back in 2012. We sold that property in the very volatile market of 2021. We were so pleased with Summit Funding, we secured a new home loan. Because 2021 was a sellers market, our home search was uncommonly long. When we finally secured a new property, Summit Funding was still there with our loan approval. Summit Funding even approved an increase of the original loan amount! We proudly recommend Summit funding for all of your real estate loan needs. We have already advised our family members that they should consider no other funding institution except for Summit.

Just closed on our home with Summit in Jan 2022. You can't go wrong with them. They are very nice to talk to, provide you all the information you need, never make you feel like you're asking dumb questions or too many questions, turn around to you in a reasonable time, and provided a great experience throughout the process. We worked with Terry & Kim and highly recommend them if you're looking for a lender.

Erin Marie Carlson is amazing! She is so kind and caring. She helped me every step of the way. I honestly believe without her help, homeownership would not have been possible.
