Summit funding has been our loan officers for our last 4 loan transactions and every time they were able to help guide us to making smart decisions and basically not allowing us to even attempt to go into a dark place financially! Marks willingness to help us with loan approval amounts at nearly any hour of the day to help us find our dream home made for a lot less stressful of a journey. Sarah was helpful with the remaining part of our transaction to assure us we didn't fall behind on any documentation or loan updates. 100 % always will recommend this team! Note: with our first transaction, we did have some communication issues. Mark and his team took our feedback to heart and every time after we've used them, the communication has been stellar!! Let them know if they need to do something better for you and if it is obtainable, they WILL fix it and accommodate you!

I would NOT use this company again in Kennewick, WA. We kept getting bounced around from agent to agent because people kept quitting, so they kept asking for duplicate documents and asking the same questions because no one was communicating with each other. On top of that they were not prompt in getting us the documents to help close on a house, in some cases they took over a 7-10 day period to get us disclosures, they even went as far as making our plan to lock in a rate really hard by not making it a point of education or a priority while rates we’re rising, they didn’t offer the information and at one point one employee encouraged not to do it. We felt like as a first time home buyers summit could have been more informative and prompt with communication or explaining rather than assume we knew what we were doing or what we were signing. We felt in may cases that Summit did not have our best interest in mind. In many cases we had to seek outside help for better understanding of the process and what we were looking at. We were very dissatisfied with this company and it’s professionalism, promptness and communication.

As a real estate agent, it’s so very important to have a lender who can not only guide our clients through the home buying process financially but the importance of a lender who is available, reachable, and readily eager to help both our clients and me, can’t be understated. Zachary Spitzauer was every bit of what we needed to win the perfect property for my client. Never was there a time where Zach was unreachable, and his communication was timely, consistent, and highly engaging during the home buying process my client had. Very professional and personal. Jonas and his team went the extra mile for my wife and I when we bought our first house. It was possibly the worst scenario from the seller they had ever seen but they bent over backwards to make it happen. Now when they are doing our refinance 2 years later I can see that they have only gotten better in their quality of customer service. Still convinced our house is cursed but Jonas must have an exorcist handy because there was nothing stopping them.
