I have been banking with summit credit union for 8 years for personal and business needs. Only positive experience. They always take care of you. Federal banking regulation might dictate certain rules but they make customer service enjoyable. Thank you!

I have nothing but great things to say about this summit branch and the company in general. So helpful, so friendly and all of the amenities that you want your bank to have. I was coming from chase bank and after shopping around for a mortgage (my first) I decided to go with summit. Knowing what I know now I would go with them even if their rates weren't the most competitive. My loan officer, Debbie, is pretty much the nicest person I've ever met. She actually made me feel confident and relaxed during what was kind of nerve-wracking process as I navigated through legalese and came in not knowing a whole lot what to expect-- I was 24/25 and traveling for work a lot when I went through the application and initiating process. They got my banking business without being pushy once I had a mortgage with them and now that I'm doing a refi they're once again fabulous. I thought I "should" go to a big bank to get all modern features I wanted (through online and mobile app) and summit has ALL of that and more. So glad to be supporting someplace local and can't recommend it enough!!

The longest it ever took to open an account (75 minutes?!!!). Many questions were asked that were not even relevant to the account. The bank teller was not very experienced, and I had to correct a serious mistake she made (using the wrong form). Not the level of customer service I would expect judging from other reviews.

Great people and great credit union. Always very willing to help and resolve issues even when the issues are my fault. Closed out my bank accounts and only plan to work with Credit Unions moving forward.

I do almost all my banking at Summit. They're the best for service and interest rates.

Just spent my lunch here to inquire about a transaction issue and the branch manager, Brady, assisted me today. He absolutely went above and beyond in resolving an issue with a "stop payment" on a check I received. Exceeded my expectations of customer service. Thank you so much, Summit, and Brady specifically, for your assistance and exemplary service.

Every time I went in to this branch it was like the tellers were doing me a favor by helping me - no greeting, no going the extra mile to be welcoming or say hello. And not just once, over and over. I brought in a cashiers check to transfer money from one bank to another and they were going to put a 7 day hold on it. It was a CASHIERS check. Overall I wanted to be happy moving my money to a local credit union but Summit is so behind the times with their banking policies and out of alignment with what even their closest competitor (UW Credit Union) is doing it's like they are stuck in 2003. The place a 7-day hold on all biz checks for SIX MONTHS (UWCU = 30 days then no hold). You can't use the mobile APP for deposits for SIX MONTHS (all other banks - IMMEDIATELY). My biz VISA debit was repeatedly rejected while I was traveling and they said that I should call and inform them when I'm heading out of town - WHAT? I travel all the time and I've never heard of needing to tell your bank when you are traveling. Anyway - needless to say - I'm moving my money BACK to my old bank - Wells Fargo. Cause they actually smile when I walk in, they say hello and their policies are customer friendly! BYE BYE Summit!

A great banking service, part of the National Credit Union Alliance. The inside houses 4 Teller Windows as well as a wheelchair accessible 5th window on the far right. In addition, various rooms for setting up loans, or other business transactions, as well as a coin counting machine and bathrooms far in the back just in case.

Had a great experience getting a loan through this branch. I think they may be better than UWCU in terms of credit unions though the online account management options are a little clunky.

I have had nothing but good experiences here.
