Not like they used to be. I'm a long time customer but my recent experience this year with two home equity loans was awful. Every form I was supposed to sign was inaccurate, no one had checked it before hand. Same with documents mailed to me. Closings were painful because the loan officer did not have accurate info and made numerous calls to the main office, and attempted to charge me additional interest because they did not close they loan in time even after confirming earlier that would not be the case. I'm ready to go elsewhere.

Repeated encounters with staff who struggle to figure out how to do things that are easily done by staff when I call the main phone number. I was told today that something "just can't be done" when at the branch. Use of the mobile app and a quick call to the Contact Us took care of things in just a few minutes.

I went to this branch in West Washington Avenue,I found this lady by the name of Antonia Franklin, omg😊such a wonderful, friendly, beautiful woman she gave me a 5 star service, on top of that she offered me a hot chocolate☕.... Their stuff is family friendly!

Easy to use ATM outside by their front entrance

Been banking here for years and was refused help withdrawing funds from an ATM while traveling. I was in an emergency situation and needed the bank to raise the ATM limits like they have done in the past. They refused to help me even though they have many times before. This is a standard practice at nearly all banks so it was very disappointing when i was refused. Worst bank for anyone who travels or likes to have control over their own money.

During COVID restrictions I needed 3 things notorized via their drive through and they were great, offered me to warm up their entrances and filled out all the the paperwork even though I did not have an account. Very professional staff
