I called to ask for a listing of available properties during the date ranges we wanted to stay, and I was told 'I simply do not have time for that." Forgive me, but isn't that your job? Don't bother listing your rental home with these folks. Clearly they cannot be bothered to try and rent it. Amazing.

Simply the worst real estate rental place on the Island!!! The woman who run the day to day just don't care about the renters. They allow the homeowners to get away with all infractions that take away from a good experience. As a guest of one of the renters, several calls for help and assistance were not attended to....Look elsewhere

I went to take a picture of one of the buildings for one of my classes for school. I was only going to be a few minutes and I knew this was a once in a lifetime photo shoot. The sign on the house is VERY misleading, causing me to think this is a public place and that I was okay to take a photo. This guy comes YELLING at me, screaming at me that this is private property. He yelled at me, saying “you better get off my property IMMEDIATELY.” I usually wouldn’t care, but a simple “hey, I don’t know if you know this, but this is private property” would work. Instead he screamed at me. Guess im not getting a good grade on my historic portion of my project😩
