This company is a third party company that charges you to do what an actual student loan servicing company does for free. It's a scam to get ur money!

Best place to get help with your student loans! I never knew about these programs that are provided, and the employees are awesome. They treat you very nicely, and show you respect. They make it known they want to help you, and educate you with your student loans. I would've been stuck in a bad position if I never gave these guys a call. I highly recommend them to everyone!!

Figuring out how to deal with student loans on top of a busy schedule is just stressful. I don't have the time to sit on hold with my servicer just to get the run around from random representatives. It's nice to have a specific person helping me keep my information organized and stay on top of everything for me. Highly recommend

I was so confused with my student loans, and navient wasn't helping me at all. They kept trapped in a payment plan I simply couldn't afford. Luckily my case manager at student loan solution, keeps me on track and makes sure my paperwork is correct. I don't know what I would do without these guys!

This company is amazing for helping people with their student loan debt. They helped me to get into a program and with lower payments that i can afford. I would recommend this company to help with the student loan debt.

You people call me one more time and I’m coming to your office. These people need to be stopped. 60+ CALLS NOW IN 2 WEEKS! I’ve asked nicely to be removed and I’ve cussed some of them out. I don’t even have student loans and I’ve told you that 30+ times yet like clockwork 1-2 hours later you call back. Every time a different number, robo call and from spoofed phone numbers. Which is illegal. I have already recorded 20 of the calls and have forwarded to the FCC. I’m almost positive you people are using my number as a spoofed number to call people. The last 2 weeks I have been receiving 3-4 calls a day from random people saying I called them. You are blatant liars saying I signed up for any information from your company. I don’t even have student loans nor do the thousands of people you call daily. Is it your idea to just keep calling over and over until I do have student loans? Will I just magically wake up one morning and owe thousands of dollars. I asked you to STOP CALLING ME so stop! It’s sad people fall for your scams. I hope they put you all in prison.

When I first came across this company, I thought this would was a legit company. They emailed me some information and I set up a plan for my student loans. I also set up autopay with them due to being a busy person and I knew that I wouldn't have to worry about it. When I set this all up, they stated that if I liked their facebook page and wrote a great comment that I would get 40.00 off of my Sept. payment which I did. Then their payment center they would always have to run manually and I would get emails stating that my payment wouldn't go through, so I would always have to call them and be on the phone for 30-45 minutes at a time trying to reach them. They wanted my information like the two paystubs which is normal and I understood that. Then when I asked about Sept. payment with 40.00 off they stated that it was still in effect. Then when my Sept. payment came around, they decided they wanted to charge me full price, which I paid. Then I receive a phone call fro them that stated Navient when is the company they were using for my student loan program denied me and would tell SLS why I was denied. SLS stated that they need two more paycheck stubs and like starting all over again. I got a hold of Navient and I was already late on payments that I had no idea of. SLS stated I needed to do nothing until January and then they would discuss with me my options, But Navient stated I was late on my student loan payments which I was unaware. So they lied about Liking their facebook page and commenting on it that I would get 40.00 of my Sept. bill, I always wasted my time trying to pay them when I was supposed to be set up on autopay. They never told me that I had to start paying Navient when they stated that they would go over my options in January. Now they are leaving me threating emails because I have changed my number and debt card. My next step is to talk to the attorney general and the online BBB. This just makes my stomach turn...man I have spent almost a grand of my hard earn money and I wonder how can people sleep at night with messing with people's pockets and head..not to mention that I am diganiosed my the stated with manic depression and this has really messed with me deep...I did this a while ago and now I am editing it due to the fact that they have contacted or responded to everyone on this post but mine....hhhuuuuummmmmm something sounds a little fishy

Like Elcheapo, I also have been telemarketed by these folks even though I'm on the Federal Do Not Call list. And no, I never signed up for anything like you're going to imply (and have for Elcheapo) or believe someone else did it. Because you didn't have a NAME which you would have had if I or someone filled out a form requesting information. Also having your people ask me for my PASSWORD for the government student loan web site to verify loan status is VERY concerning and feels very unethical to me. If they ask you for your password - HANG UP!

    Response from the owner

Sacra Bos, We would be happy to remove your number from our records. Please contact us directly and and make the request, we have no issue doing so. As far as how you got a call from us, again, while we understand that you feel you did not submit to have our services marketed to you, that is literally the only way that we get any contact information, whatsoever. You may have gone looking for help with federal student loans a long time ago, it may have been a few days ago. We can't really say. But we only dial leads that have at one time or another asked for help with student loans. As far as the FSA ID goes, it's needed to pull the loans through the National Student Loan Data System (NSLDS). Without it... nobody can pull you loan data. If you don't wish to give it out, that's fine. But nobody is going to be able to work with any loans anyone has without it. It just depends on how much somebody wants help getting rid of their debt.

This is a horrible! Please I would not recommend. I thought I was all set up for my monthly payment starting April 28th and they did not take the money. I called today to see why didnt they take the money. Someone called me and said I need to do the whole application process over with a 120 dollar deposit. My application expired they said. Please go to someone else
