Did not see reduced payment as was verbally sold to me before they took my $500. Not really sure what they were representing me for. Just filled out the same application I had already done myself or could have negotiated with my lender. Please talk with your lender first before dishing out your hard earned money to this program. I was able to settle a reasonable payment over the phone after I realized I'd been taken for a scam.

Why is the number disconnected now? I've been with them for 2 years and no issues and now the payments aren't coming out of my account and I can't get ahold of anyone.

This company helped me consolidate my loans. I had over $50,000 in debts and 2 kids. Making only $30k a year. They were able to qualify me for a lower payment of $125 compared to $500. Monet was very nice talking to, and her staff was helpful in making this process easy. I

They advised would reduce monthly payments and drafted one payment months ago. I contacted them at the number above and it’s disconnected. I checked my email to see if any updated contact info was sent and no correspondence from them. I am concerned that this is fraud.

I’ve been using this company for almost two years with no problems and now their number is disconnected, I don’t know what’s going on, can someone please advise?
