Not only is he an accomplished and well awarded Realtor, but he's also a mortgage officer of over 20 years. So for me it was a no-brainer. When I met him I immediately saw why people loved to deal with him. He's friendly, smiley and sharp. He made the paperwork part a breeze by providing e-signature forms for everything. Then, when it was time to get the buyer pre-qualified, I found that Steve was equally skilled at the mortgage process as well. The buyer was approved within 24 hours and then Steve began processing the loan with his amazing loan processor. In about 3 weeks, we were ready to close.
