If I could zero stars I would. I arrived at my settlement with high hopes of closing on my first home and with expectations that this would be a welcoming, happy, significant, experience. Upon entering the building, I was met by a strategic title group employee whose name is Domanique Bradley. My family greeted Ms. Bradley in which she dismissed them and only stated "Which one of you are Jasmine" . Her demeanor was cold, rude, and she presented as both dismissive and agitated. Given that this was my first encounter with Ms. Bradley her demeanor greatly shocked me. Upon expressing my concern related to her unprofessionalism and impolite demeanor, Ms. Bradley then called her colleague who is a loan officer named James Reed and began to talk bad about me on the phone. Ms.Bradley aggressively ordered me into a room by myself despite me requesting that my family (two individuals who had on masks) be present. Upon requesting a different settlement officer handle my deal, Ms. Bradley boasted that she was the only individual available and denied my request with a smirk on her face. This is the worst professional experience I have ever had in my life to the degree that I decided to walk away from the deal completely. Ms. Bradley offended both myself as well as my family and respect is of upmost importance to me. The motivation behind me walking away from this deal is because I prefer to give my money to individuals who are personable, respectful, and professional.
