Matthew went above and beyond to help any way he could. I didn't have to ask many questions, everything was explained to me during the process. I spoke with several loan officers during my home buying process and none of them offered information and help the way that Matthew did. He is the reason I chose Stock Yards for my loan.

I am from out of town and needed some documentation notarized and was told to come here by a friend. Was turned away and because I do not have an account with them even though my friend does. My bank is not located here either so I went to the closest one. Really bad customer service. I have never seen a bank turn down someone for not having an account. I was even ready to pay for it to be done. It's bad Business to turn away money. Seeing how they turn away people I am now not opening an account at this location. I am always down here and was considering it because I am 2 min walk away. Not going to happen it shows how they can't go beyond for a paying customer!

I opened an account at this bank when I was 14 years old. 30ish years later closed it not long ago after dealing with Clayton Farris. I wanted a debt consolidation loan. After being treated like I was a hat in hand beggar, lectured as if I was a child I was turned down, Reason given. Because of the debt I wanted to consolidate. Countless loans paid back on time between me and family. Years of loyalty and a great credit score. All meant nothing. I will never wall in the door of the "partner in the business community" ever again. This bank has forgotten what built it. I was an unimportant pee on to them. And they think the same of all of you.

I met with Sr. Vice President Neil Lancaster and Analyst Amber Lyons last week. I found them warm, easy to talk with and very candid. Other banks I work with say they have a very good reputation in the Louisville area.
