Stewart Title Company Idaho St, Elko

After being in escrow for more than 30 days on a bare piece of property and given a closing date of May 28th I’m now told oh no not until I start working on it, Sarah appears to be less than professional when I asked what day can I expect it to be done she had no answer this is ridiculous I don’t recommend Stewart title for anything there work ethics are less than adequate for anyone. To think how little is involved with bare land I would expect more from this company than the lack of effort they are currently providing to meet a closing date they provided.

We love Sarah! She was informative, professional and good humored. We signed our closing documents quickly and went about our day. 👍👍

Stewart Title was fantastic! Everyone was super friendly and very knowledgeable.

Cash deal on a lot, no realtor involved. Refused to let us know closing costs, would not let us speak with an escrow officer, told us to just leave our paperwork with a check. Absolutely horrible service. We had to file our own paperwork and do all the contact between the seller and ourselves when this is their job! Even the seller was irritated with them. Would highly suggest finding someone else besides this office.

Love this company and the title officers. They were on target with everything needed to close our home on time. I also work in real estate and they have been our main go to title company we prefer working with. Tif and Bridget are great!

The worst title company I have ever dealt with. I was and still am put on the back burner . This title co wants to close the big mega deals.
