I Didn't like how they just welded my gold chain together instead of fixing it the right way ,they over price everything and are unprofessional on top of that I will never return to that store an wouldn't recommend it to anyone for any reason

Great workers and they try to get you in and out fast . Got a brand new Taurus 9mm here but found it 50 bucks cheaper at almost every other gun store . I felt a little salty about that lol but they’re still worth a visit

Low balled me with an offer of $40 for 2 like new 3dsxl s when they are worth $150 & $245, and they were selling them for more than what gamestop charges. No offense, but they just want to Jew you, and good customer service DOES NOT MAKE IT OK. Would recommend any other place other than this. Heck other places that have crackheads standing out front will give you a better price.

I took a ring there for repairs. They remounted my ring at the wrong angle and refused to fix it correctly. They stated they vould not do it and refused to refund my money so i took my ring to a jeweler and they had no pronlem with fixing it correctly. On top of that my tirn around time for the repair is less than 3 days as with stewarts it was 7 days... horrible customer service.

Offered a ridiculously Low price on a1.24 ct diamond ring. I went down the street and was offered 3 times that amount at my very next stop. Never doing business here, that's for sure. 😤

not A very good place to buy jewelry. I’ve bought jewelry and offered to sell these people jewelry. Funny how they don’t offer much but sell used jewelry for top dollar. Check with the prices of Shane co and Kay’s you may get a better deal there. These people forget they are a pawn shop.

i love these guys, the whole crew go out of their way to speak to me every time i walk thru the door, not to mention the awesome prices and great selection they have

They sold me two FAKE sliver coins
