I have had good experiences working with State Farm and even if no one is available to take my call they return my call as soon as possible. The staff are professional and knowledgeable and answer any questions I may have. The staff are also good at providing reasoning behind their answers to get you the best deals possible. I often talk to Devon when I call and he is professional, answers my questions throughly and makes sure I have an understanding of what we talked about by explaining coverage and insurance changes as needed.

My experience with Steve Bartshe - State Farm Insurance Agent and dealing with Devon was great! Very helpful, patient, and overall a friendly guy! It was my first time paying and setting up my stuff for my car and it was nice to deal with someone like that a rude person. Overall a great experience and highly recommend!

I spoke to Maddy and wanted information on auto insurance and she was more than accommodating. She had the most pleasant and outgoing personality and made sure she throughly investigated my questions to be sure I was going to get the best rate. I had a really nice experience calling Steve Bartshe State Farm Insurance, I called with many questions looking into changing my insurances and the gentleman, Blake, who was assisting me was kind, very helpful, and gave me the answers i was looking for. Dealing with insurance can be tricky, so i was appreciative to be able to talk with someone so helpful.

Dana Youtz gave us exemplary assistance in getting auto insurance for a friend of mine who is not computer savvy and doesn't want to be. I was able to set up electronic document signage and print out copies of those documents for her. Now she should be able to get on the road tomorrow, and she has been waiting for a long time to do that.
