I was originally working with another lender. When I was flat out left hanging and didn't hear back from this person/company, I was left to start the whole process over again. I was given a few different names of company's that worked with people in Lake County from a title company and I emailed all of them. Sterling Mortgage was the first to respond. They were beyond amazing through the whole process, start to finish. They made me feel important & that my loan mattered.
