Jade Pinson was so helpful and courteous when sending insurance info for my new car. She also sent the temporary ID card until the permanent card arrives in 2 weeks. . Very nice to talk to!

We’ve been State Farm customers for more than twenty years, and we started with an agent in Kirkwood when we first moved here. At some point, our original agent sold the office to Stephen Willett and team, but even when we moved to St Charles county, we didn’t consider changing to an agent nearer our home. With Stephen Willet’s office, I can handle everything via email or phone call. Over time, we’ve called the office for any number of requests and they follow up every time. I generally work with the very responsive office staff (shout out to Jade who always has to manage my issues!); however, a recent email about overseas travel coverage to Stephen, the agent, was quickly answered as well. They have always provided comparisons quickly, made sure we had the best deal (keeping our oldest active policies) when we moved kids off our auto policies, bundled our policies for the best discounts, and have managed special riders for art, answered questions about homeowners policies, etc. It’s just a relief to have a business that is so responsive and easy to work with.

I've been a happy customer of this State Farm team since I was 16 under my Family's policy. Now I'm 25 and have both my own home and auto policy here. Stephen and his Statefarm crew are the BEST! They answer every phone call/email/text no matter what.
