We worked with Steve when looking for a home in September, 2014. My husband and I narrowed down our search online and drove by several homes to determine if the location and property would work for us. When we called Steve we asked to see 5 homes and Steve was able to line them all up, one after the other, on a Saturday. We were sure there was a clear winner just from that day! Steve was so quick to get us a second viewing of the home and submitted our offer immediately. Once we were under contract, Steve had the tough job of keeping the deal together. Our current house was being sold and our buyer was unfortunately not the most time-efficient. Our sellers became nervous that our buyer kept waiting until the last minute to do everything. Steve did a really fantastic job keeping everyone calm (including me!) and our deal ended up going through on time without any real issues. He had a great deal of knowledge of the market and really understood our specific needs in a home. Steve was very responsive, time efficient and professional. I'm sure that our quick move (moved in the first week of November - just 60 days after our initial call to him!!) would not have happened had it not been for him!
