The gentleman who helped me and my partner was beyond kind, informative, helpful, and truthful. I was looking to sell some rings and I was given honest and accurate advice, as well as help cleaning one of my rings before giving it back to me. I came here because of the reviews and they definitely deserve all of them (but not that one saying they have bad customer service).

I had my prong on my diamond ring fixed and they totally changed the design on it or replaced other diamonds less value. totally sad about the the experience.ive been a long time customer

Very helpful workers and a generous manager that offered me a great price for an engagement ring. We got it resized in only about 10 min and the trip was quick and fulfilling.

This is a pawnshop that's unlike no other. The store is clean, the workers are very friendly and accommodating. Nice small store, I asked a million and a half questions brought back two different rings to find the perfect one on the third try, they will work with you just keep your receipt. You can take as much time as you like I literally asked what was in every section and why things were prices so differently I even got to see the imperfections in some of their cheaper diamonds, they are very truthful i definitely recommend

I went to this store to sell some necklaces and rings. The customer service was great. The manager explained the value of each piece of jewelry in detail.

I bought earrings for my girlfriend. I received great customer service from Cindy. She showed me a few options in what I was looking for, and I wound up choosing a pair that was half price. She didn't try to steer me towards a more expensive pair, and I appreciated that. I will definitely visit them the next time I am looking for jewelry.

Jack and Cydne are amazing workers. They have beautiful jewellery and are really knowledgeable about not only the products they have. They looked at some material for me and told me exactly what it was and how much I could expect. Pleasure doing business with Steins. I will be back.

Not the place for me Was looking for a fair price ring Did not fine a fair price and guy behind counter was not helpful nor did he seam the care Keep your stuff and good riddance.... Love good customer service but will not find it here... Many more places in town to see
