Ever heard the expression “too good to be true”? Well that’s what my husband and I thought when we spoke to Eric Higdon and in less than 24 hours he had an approval with excellent rates for our mortgage. We thought it would change during the underwriting process but it was exactly as Eric told us. We were dealing with another mortgage company and it was stressful and a nightmare, so in desperation I asked my realtor for other recommendations and she gave us a list.
