    I’ve had 4 loans with them well over 20k worth total. Never missed a payment or was late. When I needed a very small under 1,000 loan they turned me down because of past medical bills I currently have payment plans on. The same medical bills were on there when they gave me 3 of the other loans. Very disappointed. I’ve been banking with them since 2014. Pam at statewide called me and said it was a miscommunication. Great customer service as usual. Which is why I was so confused to begin with. Revised assignment of review.

    Great bank but they do not have a 24/7 number to help if your card is locked or if you need other assistance. They have a line for lost or stolen but if your card gets locked up you have no way of knowing unless you try to use it. You don't get a phone call nor does it tells you on the app which is outdated compared to other credit union apps.

    Excellent customer service always been a member for over 20 years now. Since they were Downton Jackson MS. Love my credit union every one keep up the good work

    Great service. I start my first debit account with Statewide, and they provide great services all along. I moved to another state this year, they helped me to get access to my account over phone when I had a problem. This might be their daily routine of customer service, but timely help for me.

    I have banked here my entire life and there is normally great service some of the tellers know me by name and I know theirs. recently I was waiting in a rather long line and when I got to the front and a teller opened up she closed her line. I thought that this only happened in tv shows and commercials, at any job I have been at if it was busy you waited to go on your break. Why is this only acceptable for bank employees. The customer comes first right?

    Had been happy with my Credit Union until I purchased GAP INS for a car loan. Car was totaled October 5, 2020. It is now 12/23/2020 and my Credit Union has not bothered to check up on this. I have personally called my credit unions insurance company and told twice to wait 10 more days for the payment to process. Today I asked my CU rep to call and find out what is taking so long. She was told to wait until the end of December for process to finish. Almost 90 days and we are still on waiting for a payoff. This is NOT acceptable. Our CU has a responsibility to deliver better service to their members. Second issue: My daughter attempted to open an account with this CU. She was told she was unable to be seen until the following week. I know covid has put a damper on things but I find it odd that it would take an 8 day wait to be seen for this. She is now a Regions account holder as they saw her the day she called. Shouldn't we expect better?

    Nice friendly people. But....... To friendly at times. Trying to go there and make a payment takes so long. If you go to the drive thru the teller is having talks of the "good ole" days. And when you go inside all the teller counters are closed and one window open and no one is there but ladies are talking off to the side that clearly saw me walk in and a guy at a desk on the phone never checked up to see if I needed help or not and the drive thru lady saw me standing there and looked at the other ladies talking looked back at me and never said a word and went back to her window. So at the end of the day it's a horrible place to have to go to make a payment if you are on a lunch break.

    Queeny has been wonderful to work with. They were able to renew my loan with a lower precentage rate than other credit unions. Also the loan process is painless. I would recommend this credit union to anyone that is looking for a checking account or that needs a loan.

    My family received exceptional service from statewide either from the Starkville branch or Flowood branch since we moved here. The employees are always smiling and willing to help with transactions or loan applications. By the way, they always have the best auto loan rates in this state. Absolutely love this bank!
