I had Dixie Finance for over a year! They have been an amazing company to loan from. They are nice and friendly and did not hassle me over anything. If you keep communicating with them, they will work with you. Although I am done with them, I will still refer them to family and friends because they have left me feeling positive with them! BE AWARE ONE of THEIR EMPLOYEE TOOK LOANS OUT IN CUSTOMERS NAMES WITHOUT THEIR KNOWLEDGE! I AM ONE OF WHO KNOWS HOW MANY VICTIMS. IF I wouldn't had credit karma sending me a notification I wouldn't of caught it.As I called the office Amanda try to brush me of with simple that it was an error and it will be fixed.. As I wouldn't buy it she admitted a now former employee took loans out fraudlulant and there is an investigation on going since 2 days. Since then I had to file a police report, report it to the 3 major credit report company, to identity theft.irsgov site and been trying to talk to someone from Wallafinance as they are the main Headquarters and all I get is we will call you. THIS DOESN'T HELP ME! I need a copy of their police report as a statement stating that this loan will be taken of my credit report. But nothing besides empty promises. Going to get a lawyer involved now, this should of never happened in the first place! I wouldn't take my business there anymore. Michelle is always great and very helpful she has helped out several times and it's been a pleasure.
