I've worked with Mark for about 4 years now, truly one of the best people to work with. I don't just mean insurance, but as a professional who truly stays on top of his clients' needs. Whenever I need changes done to my policy(ies) he is quick to respond. Great customer service, great company! Five stars! THANKS MARK & TEAM!

My family came here for insurance, from a friend recommendation. Insurance rate is good if you have good driving history, they even offer auto finance which is a great options. When i have concerns or question about policy i usually called and ask tri, he responded quickly.. great agents

Not a good office practice, I would not suggest this to any of my friends and family members. We ran into little issue with worker compensation and Mr. Tri do lied to us for 4 weeks, sending us thru hoops and Mr. Tri Do told us that it was State Farm responsibility to send us the form, later State Farm themselves told us that it was the local agent that need to get the form to us. When called back their office would refuse to help their loyal client with sending in a dispute form to statefarm. According to Mr. Tri Do, his boss Mr. Mark Nguyen told us to call StateFarm and file a complaint about their malpractice. Basically told us to go eat dirt, they dont care. Do you really want to work with an agent like this ? Good luck with that. Contacted StateFarm and opened a complaint case #935010, according to StateFarm each office is run independly so they cannot do anything to them, however the more complain they get, the more Statefarm would look into it closely. I switched both mine and my sister's insurance to Mark after 3 years with AAA!!!! Everyone in his office is very friendly and knowledgeable. I love the fact that I can just call/text/email Mark and get a response on the same day!!!!!! Where else can you get that kind of service? Always have insurance with parents and not good at explaining coverage to them? No worries, Mark and his staff are bilingual. Your parents or relatives will love them. Guarantee!!! Did i mention about their referral program? You get $25 for each referral WHETHER THEY BUY OR NOT. Wait no longer! Set up your appointment with Mark now and you will know why I gave them a 5 stars.

I recently switched my insurance to State Farm and they have excellent customer service. I spoke with Chris at Mark's agency and he was very helpful in getting me a quote for my auto and home insurance at a really good rate. Would definitely recommend!!!

Mark has been my agent for 7 years and no complaints here. This is what I love about him and his agency: 1. He's been truly there for me, via phone, text, and email. I can tell that his work is his passion. I don't think he sleeps much. When he is sleeping, I bet he's dreaming about work. 2. He took the time to thoroughly explain my options for my toddler's college savings plans and also her college graduation gift savings plan. Yes I got both for her. And because of him, I also FINALLY started opened a savings plan for me that gives me at least 4% interest, TAX-FREE. I didn't know this prior to our review, but BofA was giving me only ONE cent as earned interest every month. On top of that, they take taxes from that earned "interest". I love that he isn't pushy. He gives you options based on what your needs are. 3. He's bilingual and speaks eloquently. That helped when I had to bring in mother-in-law into the office, because I barely speak Vietnamese. 4. $25 gift card for every referral, whether he/she buys OR NOT. 5. His staff is so friendly. They always greet me with a water bottle when I visit (sometimes I like to say "hi" after I'm done with Tebo/ Quan Hop/ Com Ga Nam An.) They always return my phone calls. Sometimes I get a reminder text from their office to make a payment or to give them my odometer reading to extend my discount. That helps tremendously cuz I'm so forgetful. 6. Free goodies when you visit. I've referred some friends and they got free goodies in the mail. 7. His free annual financial reviews are great to double check what other discounts I can get. 8. His office is so close to home. 4 minutes away, to be exact. 9. He and his staff are live, ready to help you. One time I called Mercury and I had to push buttons multiple times to get to a live rep. It was very frustrating trying to file a claim! 10. I feel like I'm kinda cool because my agent's face is all over Bolsa. If you're looking for an agent and want a quote, call his office. Better yet, meet him in person. Even though he's my agent, I feel as though I've known him personally for years. You will get a sense of family when you talk to him. Like your own family, he will protect you and your loved ones, whether if it's for life, auto, home, health, retirement, savings,earthquake, or flood. Everything is there in one office. Love it.

I was hit by one of Mr. Nguyen's customers not only did he (Mr. Nguyen) not return my phone call the Customer Service department at State Farm was very rude and unhelpful! I am not at all happy with the way my claim was handled! I would NEVER recommend State Farm for any type of coverage especially Auto!
