employees are so unhelpful and unknowledgeable. They give wrong info and cant complete simple requests. I live in Leland but go to Wilmington for this reason. Ive had several bad experiences here. Nice building though... 0 stars!

Bought a car with a lien on it and the title had to be sent to this branch, well the last lienholder wouldn't release the title, its been over 3 months and each time I go this branch doesn't do anything to help me as a customer. Went to another branch and instantly within 2 hours I've accomplished more than with a dozen visits at this branch in Leland. The people here just don't know what they're doing. At least the building is nice and new though that's about it.

You can never get your money on pay day until they open up! What is up with that! Won't put my money in this bank again!

Excellent banking with very courteous and well trained employees.

Very dissatisfied with my service. Not only given false information. Bank teller was gossiping and talking bad about customers in front of other customers. Very unprofessional.

I like that they have no fees, and it’s good if you just wanna use it for a basic checking account, nothing fancy. But, you cannot do the most basic things with it. This bank is incredibly restricted on what you can use YOUR OWN MONEY for. Like, it’s my money and I should be able to use it how I want. I will be switching banks very soon.
