This branch is simply amazing. They always offer a personal touch. They return emails, call back and work HARD for their customers. Thank you Paige Dyson for all your hard work! I couldn’t ask for better customer service. I’ve been a SECU member for over 30 years and I plan to stay.

This bank atm sucks. The staff are rude after 4:00 pm so I try to use the atm before I have to be at work at 5:00 am or I use it around 4:30 pm. Most of the time it is out of service. I’m glad I have direct deposit but tips are in cash so I have to use the atm like to day 3-14-2022. With gas prices like they are I can’t drive all over just to use an atm.

I have been using this branch for years. The employees have always been cordial and very helpful. I 've never had a issue. Keep Up The Great Work!

I'm not sure why these people are so cold. The tellers have zero rapport, no warmth at all when I've dealt with them. I purposely avoid this location if humanly possible. Conversely, the Indian Trail location's tellers are super friendly and attentive. I always have positive interactions with the employees at that branch.

I love state employees! They are a loyal bank. But I am upset I advised a co-worker to open an account there since we work for county government. She stated the lady who helped open her account was rude. That's alarming especially since she is a county worker. Hope this wasn't an everyday occurrence.

I have banked with SECU for over 20 years. I absolutely hate having to visit the Monroe branch due to the long drive thru wait times and the staff have never appeared to be friendly. Given the communication is via microphone I have over looked it, hoping it is due to difficulty understanding. Today I decided to go inside to see if things would move quicker. I was wrong. Line still moved very slow. However, as I sat in line for quite a while I started watching the two tellers. Toni or Tori (can't remember her which name and I am sorry for that)and Yvonne interact with the clients. Yvonne clearly is not the personality to be dealing with customers. I watched her help four clients before she closed her counter to do something. As they approached mostly they would ask how are you doing? She would not respond at all! Some would thank her after finishing and no you're welcome was returned. Yvonne is very lucky the other lady Toni or Tori helped me today (btw, she was very polite) or I would have embarrassed Yvonne in front of the lobby full of clients and her supervisor and coworkers. I hope whoever is over these tellers work on their Staff's customer service. Next visit I will not be quite and will happily voice my opinion about the staff and how this branch is ran in person every time in person!! Do better!! Everyone is short staffed and everyone deals with attitude. But it is your job to give great service always!

I've been a member for close to 30 years now. I've always had a good experience at the Monroe branch even on the occasion I was in a bad mood and blowing off steam. Of course I try to be polite and courteous to the staff and to always have any deposit/withdrawal receipts or paperwork in order. If I don't know something I ask and then make a note so I'll know next time. Unfortunately the days of retail or banking courtesy are fading fast these days remember these are people just like you and I. A genuine smile and pleasant attitude makes it easier for the staff to do the same no matter what they might be experiencing in their lives.

I have been a customer for about two years now. I have a joined account with my husband. I am ready to move on from this bank or just stop coming to this one. The people in the drive thru window are rude as ever! I go through the drive thru window because I have kids I have with me all the time and it makes it easier on me to go through it without dragging my kids in especially when I have a baby I have to carry in. Every time I go through the drive thru they are really rude to me about the account slips. To the point where one told me this will be the last time I fill this slip out for you! I do NOT ask them to fill anything out for me all they have to do is send it to me through the window and I will fill it out myself. But when I come to the bank I do NOT expect to have an attitude with about something. I am Banking with you trusting you with my money. They are just really nasty rude women at the window and I’m sick of it!

This is the only place I will ever do my banking. From the tellers to the Representatives in Raleigh, you will never find kinder, everyday people that are there to help.
