I went into my local credit union (Winterville NC Branch) due to having fraudulent charges on my account and spoke with a Shae Geyer to handle my account. Needless to say, my problem was not handled correctly and I am still dealing with this issue 3 days later. When ever I have an concern about any of my accounts I knew my problem would be taken care of. Everyone is so nice in the Winterville Branch. I am so disappointed with the service I received.

Rude and unprofessional. Never got the card I reported stolen 7 months ago and no letter indicating that my account is being closed down. Perfect example of why Wells Fargo is my primary bank!
