We came to know about the SBI California branch during one of the social events in Fremont. The promotion efforts were well done and it got us interested in learning more. We opened our checking account and the account opening process was very simple and professionally done. Thanks to Ms. Manju for that. They also have one of the good CD rates that you can explore. Appreciate the professionalism and personalized attention during all of our visits to the branch by all the staff members which is a big positive. Definitely would recommend.

I visited SBI Fremont this morning and had an excellent customer service experience. All three staff were very helpful, polite and pleasant to interact with. Ms Mamata helped with reactivating my inoperative account and immediately showed me how to set up an online remittance to India. Mr Sahil helped with opening a new account with recurring monthly deposit to avail the interest-bearing checking account. Both Ms Mamamta & Mr Sahil also recommended and assisted in applying for a debit card for both accounts. The service was quick and smooth. When I asked for a way to send my note of appreciation for these services, Mr Gautam promptly pointed me to leave a google review on SBI Fremont website, which I was not aware of before. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would like to visit the branch & avail SBI's friendly services in future. Plan to recommend this branch to my friends also. It was a great experience going to the fremont branch. It feels special because of the personal attention they provide you, by offering a seat even if you go there for a check deposit. Special shout out to Ms. Manjulatha, for her knowledge on the banking products and services. She would make sure you understand the offering in detail before you sign up for the same.I would highly recommend SBI Fremont branch.

I recently moved to Fremont and was looking for a new bank to invest with. A web search showed me that SBI Cal offers one of the best interest rates among all the banks in the area. Their website is comprehensive and if one wants, all actions can be carried out online itself. I called and received a detailed response to all my questions from a Mr Sahil. I visited and received absolutely wonderful advice and help from Ms Manjula. I would recommend this bank to friends and family.

State Bank of India (California), Fremont branch is the perfect example of how bank and bank staffs should be. Their banking service is awesome and always you will have a personal care. We opened an account with SBI, Fremont branch few years ago but never been active until we met with Manju and Usha. They are very knowledgeable to handle specific needs of customers. Their passion for service is exceptional. We are extremely happy with the service we received and looking forward to working with them for years to come as long as they stay with the branch.

We went to SBI California Fremont to get some documents attested. The manager, Ms. Usha Venkataraman, was very cordial and attested our documents. The price of attestation was reasonable. She was very knowledgeable and explained which documents could be attested. Not all documents can be attested due to GoI & US rules. She provided us with a cover letter verifying her signature by the bank. This was perfect. Our attested documents did not have any issues in being accepted in India. The rest of the office staff was also very nice and professional. Will recommend going here!

We have had a State Bank account in Pune, India, for a long time, but recently opened an account at their Fremont Branch - primary purpose being to be able to quickly transfer some USDs to our Pune account. I did some research and found that SBI Fremont an excellent rate with no fees. The experience of opening an account and transferring money to the SBI branch in Pune exceeded our expectations. The staff at the Fremont branch was very helpful and competent. I would recommend this process and branch to anyone in similar situations.
