Shannon Buehler @ Stanford Mortgage is hands down the BEST! If you or anyone you know is looking to buy a home or even wondering what you need to do to prepare to buy a home Shannon is the lady to see! A year ago she sat down with me and told me what I needed to do, 67 days ago we went in escrow on our dream home. It was a 60 day escrow, the close date was Friday before Christmas and she worked all day and I am sure long nights to make sure we were in our new home for Christmas! Worst lender ever! I was giving a smaller loan amount then every other lender. They also tried to make me put extra people on my loan and get co-signers when it wasn’t necessary.Then a week before I closed a family member lost his job,And I almost had to cancel the whole loan. Shandelle called me up cursed me out yelled at me then hung up on me, And told me I would never get a loan and that I was wasting her time and money and then held my escrow account hostage until my new lender paid the appraisal.

Poor communication, slow to reply to questions and in the end, did not come through with a loan for us. Multiple inquiries to our credit reports resulted in drop in our scores. Wasted money on an appraisal. Misled, misinformed and overall disappointed.
